WE WANT YOUR KIDS TO LOVE CHURCH

That’s why we are committed to creating safe and fun environments where your children are taught about the Bible and the love of Jesus through relevant, age-appropriate kids services. Our ultimate hope is to see a generation of children come to know God at an early age.

LOVE GOD. MAKE FRIENDS. DO YOUR BEST. HAVE FUN!

AT RKIDS, WE VALUE…

FUN

Our goal is to bring kid-inspired fun to every service and classroom through energetic worship music, interactive games, and bright, friendly environments. Our team is made up of people who feel called to share the love of Jesus with kids, and every Sunday they will help bring excitement and enjoyment to your child’s church experience.

SAFETY

Your child’s safety is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to a system that creates a safe environment. This means our staff and volunteers in every service and classroom have completed a background check. Our entire team is thoroughly trained and immersed in a culture of safety and cleanliness with the well-being of your child in mind.

LEARNING

As a church, our desire is to always invest in the next generation, and this starts with babies and kids. From praying over infants to sharing relevant Bible lessons with elementary kids, our goal is for each child to learn about the Bible and experience God’s presence weekly.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

From babies to fifth graders, our team wants to give your family an excellent experience.

When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way to the RKids area. You’ll go to the first-time check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well. On our registration form we’ll ask things like what allergies your child may have, how many children are in your family, and get your contact information. Or you can fill out the new family registration form online to save a few minutes when you check-in for the first time.

Then, you and your child will receive personalized, coordinating ID tags unique to your family and your visit, which you will show after the service in order to pick up your child. If you lose your ID tag, you will be required to show your Driver’s License in its place.

If for any reason we need to contact you during the service, your child’s ID code will appear on the screen in the auditorium. If you see your ID code, please exit the auditorium, go to the RKids area, and ask a staff member to take you to your child’s room.

CLASSROOM BREAKDOWN

  • 0 - 1 YEAR OLDS

Your baby will experience personal care from our well-staffed team. We keep our nursery rooms ready for your little ones with age-appropriate toys that are thoroughly cleaned each week.

    2 YEAR OLDS

At this age, children start to engage more with their church experience, so we help them interact and build their faith through stories and songs that give them Biblical truths. They also start to form relationships with other kids and their teachers.

  • We are a church of small groups, and this starts with our kids. Every weekend, your children from 3 to 5 years old will come to a RKids service where they experience fun worship and Biblical teaching. Most of their time will be spent in their Small Group to help them interact and build their faith through stories, crafts, and songs that give them Biblical truths. They also start to form relationships with other kids and their teachers.

    RKIDS SERVICE EXPERIENCE

    ENGAGING IN WORSHIP

We invite God’s presence into our lives through praise and worship, and we want your children to grow up experiencing the joy and benefit of worshipping Him.

    MAKING FRIENDS THEIR AGE

God designed us for community, and we want your kids to build healthy relationships with other kids their age. Making friends and growing alongside their peers is an important part of their spiritual growth.

    AGE-SPECIFIC LEARNING

Kids need different things at different ages, and we want to help your child understand and learn God’s Word at the right pace. Each year, they’ll grow by engaging in age-specific learning that is relevant and interesting to them.

    CONSISTENT SMALL GROUP LEADER

We want your kids to look forward to seeing a familiar face at church each week. As they build a relationship with their Small Group Leader, we they hope feel supported and cared for as they grow in their faith.

  • We are a church of small groups, and this starts with our kids. Every weekend, your children from kindergarten through fifth grade will come to a RKids service where they will experience fun worship and Biblical teaching. Most of their time is spent in their Small Group to give them the benefit of a consistent Group Leader and interaction with kids their age. Together, they learn about the Bible and how to have a relationship with God, memorize Scripture, and have fun developing friendships with each other.

    MEMORIZING GOD’S WORD

God tells us to hide His Word in our hearts (Psalm 119:11). One of the most important ways we help your children build a biblical foundation for their lives is by filling their minds and hearts with God’s truth through Scripture memorization.
